Enhanced Tribal Card Management Software (EMS)

Customized Application with technical support that will print, encode, check RFID, and transmit produced cards to DHS/CBP. It also allows for the ability to send change in status of card holder information such as lost, stolen, expired, deceased, and reissued updates.

Outsourcing ETC Production System

  • Division of responsibility between PYT/Sacred Path & Tribe.
  • Pascua Yaqui Tribe/Sacred Path would serve as the information technology coordinator and the manufacturer of tribal cards on behalf of client Tribe.
  • Client Tribe will determine who qualifies, conduct application intake, capture necessary data, and PYT/Sacred Path will print, encode, check RFID, and transmit produced card to DHS/CBP and deliver card according to client.
  • To include specialized training along with card testing consultation with DHS/CBP on your behalf.
  • Consultation on behalf of client tribes with DHS/CBP on card, data exchange testing and communication for Service Level Agreement and Interconnection Security Agreement.
  • Conduct on-site specialized training in the implementation of your ETC Program.

Full Enhanced Tribal Card System

  • Tribe/Nation will operate on-site and have full operational responsibility and functionality in the intake, production, issuance, and card status changes of an ETC.
  • To include specialized training along with card testing consultation with DHS/CBP on your behalf.
  • Consultation on behalf of client tribes with DHS/CBP on card, data exchange texting and communication for Service Level Agreement and Interconnection Security Agreement.
  • Conduct on-site specialized training in the implementation of your ETC Program.
