2nd Annual Tribal Enrollment and Enhanced Tribal Card Program Conference

On behalf of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, we hope this message finds you well and we are excited to announce that planning is in full throttle to host the 2nd Annual Tribal Enrollment and Enhanced Tribal Card Conference. This highly anticipated event will follow the success of the last year’s first Tribal Enrollment Conference hosted by the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s Enrollment Department.

 It will take place in beautiful sunny Tucson, AZ at the renowned Casino Del Sol Conference Center from September 30, 2025, to October 1, 2025. This event will provide the key resources Tribal Enrollment offices can use to develop a secure tribal identification card and enrollment fundamentals for day-to-day operations and allow for open dialogue from Tribes across the country to collaborate and learn from one another.

We are honored that 200 attendees from over 80 tribes participated last year and believe the Pascua Yaqui Tribe is qualified and well versed on such topics, that this year’s event registration is anticipated to well exceed 200 attendees. By your support, you will gain the opportunity and benefits of exposure to an audience of 200+ attendees, branding opportunities in printed event material, verbal recognition, discounted registration rates and one-on-one engagement opportunities with interested attendees with our vendor booth options. Your sponsorship will directly contribute to the costs of the event, including meals and swag for all registered attendees.
